At Kenneth Cole, I served as Art Director for all video and motion content, overseeing creative development and production for social media, web, e-commerce, and OOH campaigns while collaborating cross-functionally with licensing, marketing, PR, and design teams. Beyond directing creative, I also served as lead video editor and post-production manager for both in-house and third-party projects, ensuring consistent brand alignment across all deliverables. I produced, shot, and edited seasonal campaigns, event coverage, corporate communications, and branded social content, while also managing the rollout of out-of-home campaigns and overseeing the programming of in-store video monitors with fresh creative.

Spearheaded the development of West Elm’s in-house video production function, building the team, infrastructure, and operational frameworks from the ground up. Hired and led a cross-functional team spanning production, project management, editorial, and post-production, while collaborating with executive leadership and key stakeholders across departments to drive alignment, improve efficiency, and elevate the overall creative output across digital and social channels.

Completed foundational coursework while simultaneously pursuing hands-on creative projects and entrepreneurial ventures. During this time, I designed and developed a footwear brand, creating product designs, brand identity, and visual assets while researching manufacturing partners and securing a trademark for the company name. Through this process, I built practical skills in creative direction, branding, and strategic planning, emphasizing a self-driven, entrepreneurial approach to learning and gaining real-world experience that complemented my formal studies.
